Every artist wishes to be able to record their music in the best possible quality. To this day, recording studios create analogue tapes of music recorded in the studio – the so-called “studio master tapes”. Revox has always aimed to make this very same quality available in the home – this is what “Studio Sound Quality” means. The longstanding expertise of Horch House, a Revox Group brand and market leader in analogue master tape copies, makes this unique musical experience possible.

Revox has now set up a copying line at Revox KLANGWERK featuring a Horch House Master System consisting of professional Studer / Revox tape machines. Here, the exclusive master tapes containing the original studio recordings are copied slowly, with the utmost care, at 1:1 speed and in the best possible quality. Since November 2024, something truly special has been taking shape in Villingen for tape enthusiasts. With Revox Master Tapes, they will then be able to enjoy the analogue quality of studio recordings in their own living rooms, completely unadulterated and truly analogue.
